CARBON SERIES
  • CALCINED ANTHRACITE
      Anthracite is used in the calcining furnace. With characteristics like fixed carbon 85-93, moderate sulfur and nitrogen content. The purpose of calcined coal carburizing agent is to effectively carburize and shorten carburizing time. It has two kinds called GCA and ECA.
  • GRAPHITIZED PETROLEUM COKE RECARBURIZER
      The main raw material for the manufacture of artificial graphite is powdered high quality calcined petroleum coke. After a variety of raw materials mixing, it will be pressed into shape, and then in non-oxidizing atmosphere treatment to finish the process of graphitization.
  • CALCINED PETROLEUM COKE RECARBURIZER
      Its purpose is to get rid of the volatile petroleum coke as far as possible. This can reduce the hydrogen content of petroleum coke products, improve the degree of graphitization of petroleum coke, so as to improve the high temperature strength and heat resistance of graphite electrode. Calcined Petroleum Coke is mainly used in the production of graphite electrode, carbon paste products.
  • PITCH COKE RECARBURIZER
      Pitch coke is the by-product of coke manufacturing (carbonisation). This is also how tars - mixtures of many thousands of hydrocarbons containing free carbon - are made. What is left after the distillation of hard coal tar is used to produce tar pitch, the input material for pitch coke.
  • GRAPHITE ELECTRODE SCRAPS
      Graphite blocks are made from a mixture of high-quality petroleum coke, needle coke and coal tar pitch. Graphite blocks have a wide range of industrial applications, including the production of steel, aluminum and other non-ferrous metals. They are used in the construction of high temperature furnaces and other equipment requiring efficient heat transfer.
SILICON ALLOY
  • NODULANT
      As additive, it's generally used in cast iron industry. It can promote ductile iron into the spherical graphite crystals. Produced by advanced smelting process, these nodularizer products have dense structure, stable and uniform composition, and low MgO content. Graphite balls become round tiny and neat after spheroidiation treatment.
  • INOCULANT
      Inoculants can promote graphitization, reduce casting chilling problem, improve the graphite morphology and distribution, increase the number of eutectic regiment, refining matrix organization, and improve the plasticity and toughness of the product. It can be divided into different types, such as: SI-BA, SI-ZR, SI-BI and so on.
  • CALCIUM SILICON ALLOY
      The calcium silicon alloy is a kind of composite alloy made up of elements silicon, calcium, and iron. It is the perfect compound deoxidizer, desulfurization agent and widely used in high-quality steel, mild steel, stainless steel and other steel and nickel base alloy, it can also be used as cast iron inoculant and additive in ductile iron production.
  • FERRO SILICON
      Ferro silicon comprises silicon and iron, It is used as daxidizing agent and alloying agent in steel industry. Putting certain silicon into the molten steel can improve the hardness and strength and resilience of the steel. Another usage is as nodulant and inoculant in foundry to stop forming carbide and facilitate graphite to separate out and nodulizing. It's very important nodulant and inoculant in ductile casting.
  • SILICON CARBIDE
      With the advantages of high-hardness, high tempe- rature resistance and well deoxidation effect, silicon- carbide is widely used in functional ceramics, high grade refractories, abrasive materials and metallurgical materials fields. It can be divided into four grades according to the content and usage.
GATING SYSTEM MATERIALS
  • CERAMIC FOAM FILTER
      Ceramic foam filter is a kind of effective molten metal filter. Its three-dimensional connected mesh structure and high porosity have many advantages.
  • CERAMIC HONEYCOMB FILTER
      Due to their basic filtering capacity and high temperature resistant, these filters are used rather in smaller dimensions and thickness for grey cast iron castings.
      This Filter removes particular slags out and makes mould filling more homogeneous and uniform, increases purity of the cast metal and eliminates sand mixture erosion during casting.
  • FIBER FILTER
      Fiber filter is made of high silica glass fiber yarn. Coated with refractory material, this fiber filter has strong thermal shock resistance. It can effectively remove non-metallic impurities such as slag and sand in molten metal, reduce turbulence and eliminate porosity in castings.
  • PAPER RUNNER
      Our company lasted two years to research and develop a new type of paper runner, forming technology based on independent research and development of paper pulp high pressure molding technology patent and fin runner invention patent.
  • CERAMIC POURING CUP
      The ceramic pouring cup is a kind of casting auxiliary material used in the gating part of the casting system and used in conjunction with the ceramic runner, which can effectively prevent sand inclusion during the casting process and improve the quality of the castings.
REFRACTORY MATERIAL
  • WFA
      White fused alumina was made from the high quality alumina by melting above 2000 in the electric arcfurnace and cooling. It is white with the main crystal phase alpha-Al0;.The white alumina produced in titling electric arc furnace has the advantage of high bulk density and low porosity and the volume stability and thermal shock resistance can be improved.
  • BFA
      Brown fused alumina is made of bauxite/anthracite coal, and smelted in electric-arc furnace of high temperature more than 2000 degrees. Abrasives tools made by brown fused alumina are suitable for metal with high tensile(like: steel, malleable iron, bronze etc). and suitable for grinding, polishing, blasting, precisioncasting etc. brown fused alumina is also used for refractory material.
FURNACE AND LADLE LINING
  • FURNACE LINING MATERIAL
      Our company introduces foreign advanced refractory technology, selects high quality ore (silica rock) as the main refractory material, after strict nonferrous crushing and screening classification, adding fused quartz, mineralization agent, high temperature agent, corrosion resistant agent, etc., developed and produced to adapt to various production status (melting) series products.
  • LADLE LINING MATERIAL
      Our company developed and produced a special anti chemical sticking slag ladle lining material, and obtained the national patent technical certificate. Our products can effectively solve the problem of slag sticking during the casting process of the foundry, and improve the corrosion resistance, prolong the service life, reduce the production cost, improve the production efficiency, well received by customers.
